RETURNS & EXCHANGES Due to the nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons. That said, we want you to love your purchase! If there's an issue with your order — whether something arrived damaged or there was a mix-up — please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right. 💛 Please Note: Our products are made with natural ingredients, including essential oils and botanicals. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list carefully before use. For extremely sensitive skin we recommend trying our unscented versions. What is tallow, and why do you use it? We use only premium beef suet (also known as leaf fat) sourced from pasture-raised cattle. This nutrient-rich fat is gently rendered and whipped to create a deeply nourishing, skin-loving base. Naturally rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K, tallow closely resembles the oils our skin produces — making it especially supportive for dry, sensitive or compromised skin types.
Is your tallow ethically sourced? Yes! We only use tallow from Canadian pasture-raised animals, sourced with care from our homestead & local farms that prioritize ethical and sustainable practices.
Do your products contain synthetic preservatives or ingredients? Nope! All of our products are made with simple, natural ingredients — no synthetic fragrances, preservatives, or harsh chemicals.
How long do your products last? Our products are made fresh in small batches and are best used within 6–12 months but do have a shelf life of 12-18 months because of the stable oils used in our products. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight for maximum freshness.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin? We use gentle, natural ingredients — but everyone’s skin is different! If you have sensitive skin or allergies, please check the ingredient list carefully and always do a patch test before full use.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship within Canada only, but we’re working on expanding! Stay tuned.
